We select the high quality Uji Tencha (basic material for Matcha) and grind it slowly and thoroughly. The mild sweetness and fresh aroma, are the source of pride for this tea and this is authentic Matcha for tea ceremony. This is also good for various uses such as cakes, cookies and cooking.
